LISA
Lisa was born and raised in New York City, but studied at the University of Illinois. She later went to Parkland College, also in Illinois, to obtain her dental hygiene degree. She has been with the practice since 2013. Lisa loves to cook and also enjoys taking on DIY projects in her free time.
FRIDA
Always interested in a health –related career, Frida started in dentistry as a dental assistant. Her passion inspired her to further her education by becoming a Dental Hygienist. Frida graduated from New York University and has been working in the field of dentistry over 10 years. She enjoys dental hygiene and prides herself in being gentle, yet thorough. Frida is passionate about dental health and spends time with patients to educate and encourage them to maintain good dental health. Frida is married and is a dedicated Mom to her two sons.
SANDRA
Sandra originally hails from Ireland and is a long time member of the Washington Square Dental Group family. Sandra has a gentle touch, and firmly believes that prevention is key. She attempts to put even the most nervous patient at ease with her demeanor. When not in the office, Sandra loves to travel with her husband, spend time with family and friends and soak up the culture of New York.
LORY
Lory has been working with Washington Square Dental Group for over twenty-five years. She started here as a dental assistant, went to dental hygiene school, and has now been a hygienist with us on Saturdays for seventeen years.
DENTAL ASSISTANTS
MARISSA
Marissa is a Brooklyn native. She has been in the dental profession for over twenty years and has been a dental assistant at Washington Square Dental Group for over three years. You may also find her helping out at the front desk as she is cross trained. She is sincere in ensuring patients feel as comfortable as possible. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
PAULINE
Pauline was born in Beirut, Lebanon. Half Lebanese and half Turkish, she emigrated to Brooklyn at age 7. She has been a dental assistant for twenty-one years and has been with Washington Square Dental Group for over ten years. She loves people and interacting with patients, making everyone smile and putting them at ease. She enjoys spending her free time on the beach, travelling and being with family.
Maridalis
Maridalis loves the hand-on and interactive aspects of being a dental assistant. She feels pride that patients have entrusted her to provide them with great service, and she loves to make them feel welcomed, comfortable and happy. She loves traveling and exploring different parts of the world.
Karon
Karon started her career in the dental field in 2010. She studied at Brooklyn College and Medgar Evers College. Now as a lead dental assistant at our practice, the patient experience is her priority. She ensures that our patients feel comfortable throughout their entire treatment process and is able to answer any questions they may have about their dental procedure. When not at the office, Karon enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
