Since I was forced into an "early retirement" from my job, and lost my dental insurance in the process, this office has charged me a "Senior Citizen" rate which is a great help financially. Friendly, professional service right in the heart of Greenwich Village. I've never loved going to the dentist, but Dr Truong and her team always make my experience seamless and easy. I have been a patient of Dr. Anne X. Truong for a number of years. I started under her care with a mouth full of problems, from cavities to broken and chipped teach from grinding my jaws in my sleep. Now, if you know me, you know that my least favorite place on earth is the dentist chair! Nevertheless, through Dr. Truong's patience and professionalism (and sense of humor), I am proud to say - even though there are moments of fear and panic in the chair - my teeth are in their best condition for the first time in well over a decade. If you want personalized, professional attention in a relaxed and friendly office in the heart of Greenwich Village, Dr. Troung is THE best choice. I have always been scared of dental visits, but visiting Dr. Truong has been the most pleasant experience! The office is very friendly and organized, and the staff was incredibly helpful with all of the questions I had. Dr. Truong is kind and patient, and is always takes my concerns into account. I needed a bit of extensive work done and she explained how each step of the process would go and how I should be maintaining my teeth throughout. I also have a very rigorous school and work scheudule and she is great about accomading appointments that fit into my week and scheduling dental work that can be done in the least amount of visits. Above all, every visit with her has been quick and painless! I strongly recommend visiting her- she will definitley go out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of!!! I love any opportunity to go to Washington Sq Park, in the village, so the fact that Dr. Truong's office is directly in front of the arch (at the end of 5th ave) makes my visits even better. My cleanings are always great and the hygienists are very knowledgeable; I'm actually seeing an improvement in my gum health since becoming a patient here (used to bleed during brushing). The best part has been my Invisalign experience though. Dr. Truong has completely customized it to me, my schedule, and what I'm hoping to get out of the treatment. My teeth weren't that bad, but she accepted my vanity, haha, and has been super supportive. It's really nice to finally have a dentist that just gets it. Absolutely love this dentist office. Dr. Truong is amazing! She kind, caring and very knowledgeable. She makes even the most uncomfortable procedures easy to bare. I am also just finishing up Invisalign with her and I could not be more happy with how it has gone. In addition to Dr. Truong all of the staff at Washington Square Dental are amazing, from the receptionists to the hygienists. If you are looking for a new dentist, want to do Invisalign or just need your teeth cleaned this is the place for you. Dr. Truong and her staff are absolutely fabulous! Always receive a friendly welcome, great bedside manner by hygienists and a can expect to get a great cleaning. I've been to my fair share of NYC dentists, and this office and Dr. Truong, are top of my list!. I have been a patient here for more than 30 years. Dr. Horowitz and Dr. Darling -- and all the staff -- are not only excellent, they are the friendliest, nicest people in NYC!

Dr. Horowitz and the staff are friendly, efficient, and professional. I've have two office visits so far and both times it was fabulous. First Impressions are Lasting!

For me, it's the total experience, from the first person who greets you to the last person you see before exiting, everyone must maintain a certain standard of professionalism. The financial manager was very knowledgeable and assuring which is important, as this is the other potentially painful part of going to a dentist (laughing). Most importantly, the dentist has to be patient and Dr. Darling is just that. She listened to me and answered all of my questions. I felt at ease. I will return. Thank you.

Is it even possible to find a better dentist?

If they exist they would probably be able to solve world peace or something. This is the best Dental Group I have ever been to in my life. My wife recommended that I go to her dentist (This group), and they are hands down the best. I feel like a unique individual when I go, I never feel like they are trying to sell me anything I don't need, They communicate like champs before, during, and after.

Little bit of a wait but worth it

New patient so I showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, but still did not get seen until almost 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Other than that, everyone was super friendly and both the hygienist and Dr Darling were phenomenal. I would recommend them to a friend, but hope the long wait isn't typical of every experience - could have just been an off day.

As usual, a completely satisfactory experience

Dr. Horowitz was excellent in all respects. He explained his findings, discussed the reasonable options and proceeded in the agreed-upon direction . He performed the work -- reconstructing a tooth which had lost a filling and more -- professionally, with a little humor thrown in, and gladly responded to my questions. l could not ask for anything more.

I travel to get to this dental practice and have great respect for the entire staff. Dr. Darling is my amazing and gentle dentist who is a miracle worker with my dry mouth, Lisa is my hygienist who is thorough and also gentle, and the staff is upbeat and professional. Dr. Darling and assistants are highly efficient and patient. I rarely wait more than 3 minutes in waiting room. Procedures are explained and the care is high quality and compassionate. Timely, friendly, quality staff and visit

Rarely can I find a doctor that is on time with appointments. So I am always pleased to come here and be taken right when my appointment is. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Truong is great and they don't try to sell you on anything you don't need but are also open and honest about options to improve your smile. Dr. Truong has been my dentist for several years and my teeth have never felt and looked better.

Invisalign with Dr. Truong

I have been with Dr. Truong for awhile now and have had nothing but great experiences. She is so nice and always makes the procedures as painless as possible. But I wanted to write about my experience doing Invisalign because I was on the fence about doing it. I was pretty satisfied with how my teeth looked before so I wasn't sure if I wanted the hassle and expense of doing Invisalign but I am soooo happy I made the decision to do it! Taking the molds was a super easy process. I thought that the trays would be more uncomfortable but I hardly even notice them. The only real pain I had was the first couple days using my first trays. Most of my visits after only take 15 minutes or so it's really not that inconvenient either. All and all I am so happy with my choice to do Invisalign.
